Construction is progressing at Limerick Point

Our team is looking forward to an eventful August:

• 12 Lots remain to be closed; only 4 lots are currently at pre-drywall stage while the balance of the homes have progressed to finishing stages
• Final grading, top soil and sod work to be performed over the next several weeks across the site
• In August, we will proceed with curb repairs, deck installations and garden planting with Garden Party
• By September, driveway installations will proceed at all remaining lots and final preparations for remaining closings will be well underway towards end of year project closeout.
