Explanation of common element condominiums

Have you wondered why the Common Elements Condominium is becoming more mainstream? Common elements are the parts of a condo building that are available for use by all residents and owners of the building. This includes things like walkways, corridors, technical rooms, locker areas, etc. Essentially, any element that’s upkeep is paid for by maintenance fees (i.e. condo fees) and are not included in the list of exclusive use elements of a particular condo owner. If you’d like to learn more, Rodney Ikeda, now an official member of the BILD Hall of Fame, conveniently explains the basics of the Common Elements Condominium in this PDF: <DOWNLOAD PDF>.
