Lookout on the Knoll is nearing completion

A quick construction update for Lookout on the Knoll:

• We are more than half way through the closings with all remaining homes scheduled for closing by mid-September
• By mid-August grading work will begin, with top soil, sod installation, decks and driveway paving to follow into September
• Final project closeout procedures to commence by mid-September....ALMOST THERE!!!!!
