In December, our team completed another Sullivan House with 4861 SQ. FT, which includes 1031 SQ. FT finished basement.

The exterior has been outfitted with modern metal light fixtures, custom (backlit) metal address plaque, metal roof detail on top of the entry porch.

The highlights of the interior include 10′ ceiling on main floor, custom contemporary kitchen, skylight in stairway, sculptural custom open rise staircase with glass railing, custom millwork in all closets and wardrobes and minimalist bathrooms.
