Our #LookoutOnTheKnoll community is starting to come together and there are a few construction updates below!⠀

• Masonry is well under way at Block 1 nearing completion. EIFS work will follow shortly after. This will be our first block with exterior cladding completed, and will give a view of the final exterior aesthetic for the unique model designs.⠀
• Framing at Block 3 and 7 is now nearly finished, with Block 4to commence framing in the coming weeks. Block 7 will be the first to feature the TH27 model types, and provide an exciting contrast to the architecture of the RL20 models.⠀
• Backfill is now completed throughout the site, signifying a major milestone achieved in the construction program.⠀
