We have a construction update in #LimerickPoint! 🛠  See below to see the incredible progress we made on this #RichmondHill community:

• Interior finishings (drywall to finish) are set to begin shortly on these lots,
• Foundations are poured, and backfill is now completed. Framing is set to begin this week.
• Masonry is completed, exterior metalwork and details are also completed. Interior finishings are ready
• Currently the schedule is to begin excavation for these lots in the fall of 2021. These lots represent the last homes left to construct on the site, and will bring the project to a close. Landscaping site-wide will likely take place in the late fall of this year, or spring of 2022.
