As part of our NetZero Ready Homes initiative, we have developed a Native Ontario landscape planning program that enhances the natural habitats of plant and animal species in the regions in which our homes are built.

As part of this initiative, we are dedicated to building the following Native Ontario landscapes:

  • Woodland Gardens
  • Prairie Gardens
  • Pollinator Gardens
  • Community Areas
  • Garden Fixtures like lights, rain barrels, and birdhouses

We’re proud to announce that we have begun this integral planning at Hometown in East Gwillimbury, in partnership with Garden Party. Stay tuned for more as we embark on this exciting new project.
