With the onset of March, the first round of closings at Lookout on the Knoll have now begun. The rear lane model types (Reserve Collection) of Block 1 have been the first of these closings, including rooftop terrace amenity areas with stunning views over the Oak Ridges Moraine. Beautifully designed spaces, such as the South-West-facing Principal Ensuites, feature magnificently grand windows to showcase the natural beauty of the community while filling the homes with generous natural light.

Exterior work on the remaining blocks continues to progress, with nearly half of the homes on the site now fully clad. All masonry and roofing works are now completed, with EIFS installations proceeding steadily towards their conclusion. Acorn’s signature linear address plaques are also now fully in place across the community.
